About Ian

Ian is the Technical Director of Bluesafe and oversees the entire set up and maintenance of clients’ IT system needs. Ian specialises in providing consulting and technical expertise to companies and in assisting employees to work more efficiently through the use of technology.

Largely a self-educated individual, Ian’s technical skills include a mastery of Operating systems including Windows Server 2003, Windows XP and 2000, Linux and MS-DOS. His other skills include Networking, Mail Servers, Hardware, Internet and Firewalls.

Through his current and past roles, Ian has developed the ability to proactively problem solve issues with his analytical abilities, allowing him to quickly assess the key problem areas and provide solutions to resolve all client issues. Besides, being in the industry for over 17 years has ensured Ian’s active learning of new technologies and devising methods to achieve the long-term goal of clients.
